New Norcia Retreat March 2012
Special place, beautifully architectured monasterial buildings with so much history and still present activity. All amongst gorgeous Aussie countryside, gumtrees, birds, fresh fresh air. Brilliant retreat from 6am to 10.30pm! So much packed in, meditations, yoga(ouch-I'm a woos), interesting and meaningful conversation, colours learning and meditation, awesome massage and healing, yummo food...like REALLY yummy - thanx Cari :D, great walks, art gallery/museum, and especially embracing the meaning of the retreat itself - instilling grace. So good, so so good, can't wait for the next one!!!
